MAG-6500 Microcomputer Controlled Static Load Anchorage Testing Machine
I. Overview
The EAG-5000 microcomputer controlled static load anchorage testing machine is a special equipment for factory inspection and type testing of prestressed anchorage manufacturers, anchorage site acceptance of large engineering users, and testing of prestressed anchorage assemblies by product quality supervision departments. This equipment adopts wide speed range digital servo valve and microcomputer measurement and control technology to form a fully automatic closed-loop speed control system, which can accurately control and measure the entire testing process. This testing machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with national standards such as GB/T14370-2007 "Anchors, Clamps and Connectors for Prestressed Tendons" and GB/T2611-1992 "General Technical Conditions for Testing Machines". The whole machine consists of horizontal main machine, high-pressure servo hydraulic source, front clamping jack, movable high-pressure oil source, microcomputer measurement and control system, etc.
