Functions and Features

This testing machine is newly designed in full compliance with test methods specified in national standard GB/T10454-2000 and export flexible container inspection procedures SN-T 1259-2003. It can complete 30 or 70 cycles of periodic lifting tests, as well as load holding tests with arbitrarily set load force and holding time. Drop tests of flexible containers can also be completed. During testing, hang the lifting belts of the filled flexible container on four hooks of the testing machine; lift the flexible container about 0.5 meters off the ground to conduct lifting and compression tests (lifting points with 3-ton load capacity to be provided by the user). Adopts brand microcomputer-controlled servo pump (patented) to realize stepless setting, loading and holding control of test force; arbitrarily set test force, holding force value and holding time; automatically complete cyclic tests specified in standards, and realize automatic collection, processing, analysis, display and printing of test results throughout the whole test process. Equipped with special Windows flexible container testing machine Chinese software to measure and judge specimen parameters in accordance with national standards or user-provided standards, and statistically process and output test curves and test reports generated during testing.

Microcomputer Control Principle

After filling the flexible container with contents, turn on the computer, input parameters such as holding pressure parameters or cycle parameters, then click the test button. At this time, the hydraulic cylinder indenter moves downward, the pressure sensor generates force values which are transmitted to the data acquisition card for signal conversion. The computer software displays force values and adjusts the pressure of the hydraulic indenter according to force magnitude to realize full adjustable and controllable test force, automatically completing corresponding tests. For drop tests, the operator holds the remote control and clicks the drop button to complete the flexible container drop test; the remote control effective distance is 50 meters (optional accessory).
