Maintenance Methods for Crossbeam of Jack Compression Testing Machine

The crossbeam of the jack compression testing machine is a key component for testing. Once faulty, it will not only affect test data but also delay normal factory production. The following points are provided for reference:
1. Unsmooth lifting of moving crossbeam: If not caused by electrical faults, check insufficient lubrication between lead screw and base hole, foreign matter jamming or loose locking screw of the nut under the lead screw. If the above problems occur, remove and clean the lower lead screw, add lubricating oil and reinstall.
2. No response when pressing crossbeam lifting button: a. Emergency stop button pressed, pull up the emergency stop button. b. Thermal relay protection triggered, open the electrical control cabinet and reset the thermal relay. c. Upper and lower limit switches of crossbeam damaged, replace the limit switches.
3. Different test results at different test speeds: Unstable crossbeam moving speed exists, so speed calibration and verification are required.
4. Crossbeam only descends but cannot ascend during jack test: Check if the upper limit switch on the crossbeam is damaged; replace the switch if damaged.
