Intelligent Robotic Concrete Compressive Strength Testing System
Product Overview
Concrete specimens are generally cubic blocks of three sizes: 100mm, 150mm and 200mm. Although small specimens are palm-sized, they weigh 2 to 18 kilograms. Six inspectors can only complete 180 groups of tests per day, and long-term work often causes arm and shoulder pain. After the intelligent concrete compressive testing laboratory is put into use, inspectors’ labor burden is greatly reduced. With the same daily testing workflow, only one operator can complete 200 groups of material tests every day. Customized systems can adopt one robot driving two pressure testers or one robot driving three pressure testers. This intelligent concrete compressive strength testing system is a new generation intelligent testing equipment independently developed by our company, mainly used for compressive strength detection of concrete specimens, supporting 24-hour unmanned testing with stable and reliable performance. The system consists of intelligent robot, pressure testing machine, specimen identification system, feeding system, discharging system, specimen waiting box, specimen retention box, electrical control system, video monitoring system, software and computer. Adopting oil-electric-hydraulic hybrid technology, all test processes including specimen feeding, compression test, result judgment and discharging are automatically completed by the equipment to realize unmanned intelligent testing. It eliminates human intervention to ensure accuracy and consistency of test data, improves work efficiency, reduces labor intensity of laboratory personnel and enhances operator safety.
