Product Overview

The EALW-600 series concrete curbstone compression-flexure testing machine is manufactured in accordance with JC/T899-2016 Standard for Concrete Curbstones. It is a new-generation testing instrument developed by our company for research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises, featuring simple structure, low noise and high precision. It avoids defects of hydraulic systems such as leakage and loud noise. High-precision load cells are directly adopted to achieve higher overall accuracy. The machine features compact structure, easy maintenance, attractive appearance, complete functions and high precision, making it an ideal testing instrument for research institutes, cement and mortar manufacturers. The equipment is used for flexural strength and flexural force tests of linear curbstones with length less than 1000mm, as well as compressive strength tests of curved curbstones and L-shaped linear section curbstones. Equipped with other auxiliary fixtures, it can complete compression and flexural strength tests and research of other materials.

Curbstone Compression & Flexure Auxiliary Fixtures

1. Flexure auxiliary fixture: Circular steel blocks with thickness greater than 20mm, diameter 50mm, hardness higher than HB200 and smooth flat surface for loading specimens. The flexure test support device can be freely adjusted to horizontal level, and the support span can be adjusted in 1mm increments. Support rollers at both ends have a diameter of 30mm; one side is a rolling roller and the other a hinged roller. The roller length exceeds the specimen width and the two rollers are parallel to each other.
2. Compression auxiliary fixture: Curved curbstones, L-shaped linear section curbstones and other curbstones unsuitable for flexure tests shall undergo compression tests. For compressive strength tests, 100mm×100mm×100mm specimens are cut within 20mm from the front side and top surface of the curbstone.
