Test Method

Place the flat pallet on the lower sleeper beam, align the inner sides of the pallet longitudinal beams with the inner sides of the two lower sleeper beams. The distance between the inner sides of the two lower sleeper beams is the support span. The supporting lower sleeper beams are rectangular hollow boxes welded from two No.10 channel steels, with length slightly longer than the pallet length. Then place two upper loading sleeper beams symmetrically at one quarter of the support span on both sides of the pallet panel centerline. The two upper loading sleeper beams are seamless steel pipes with outer diameter 76mm and wall thickness 6mm, with length slightly longer than the pallet length. The pallet bending strength test can adopt a 3–5 ton compression testing machine. During testing, place the pallet on the compression testing machine, apply concentrated load through the upper sleeper beams on the platen at a loading speed of 10kg/s. When the load reaches 1.5 times the pallet rated load capacity, measure the deflection at the middle of the pallet bottom panel.
