1. Product Description
This tester is independently developed by our company, specially designed for spare tire lifting devices installed on vehicles. It serves as an online sampling inspection equipment to test the torque and load variation of lifters, verifying whether products comply with relevant requirements and standards.
2. Mechanical Structure
The machine adopts gantry frame structure integrated with base support and workbench. Lifting transmission parts are installed inside the frame and driven by servo motors. It consists of movable crossbeam and upper crossbeam. Test samples are placed on the movable crossbeam, with auxiliary spare tire mounted underneath. A force measuring sensor is installed below the crossbeam. Rotating components are mounted on the upper crossbeam; motors connect with reducers and torque sensors to realize rotary motion, which drives the steel wire rope wound on the lifter to lift and lower the spare tire. A computer collects, processes, stores, exports and prints all test data, curves and reports as required.
