1. Product Description
This machine evaluates the fatigue bearing performance of handbrakes by applying cyclic load to the loading end of handbrake and repeating cycles up to specified times. It is a three-station handbrake fatigue tester: three identical handbrake samples can be tested simultaneously, or three different styles of handbrakes can be tested at the same time. When connected to a computer, it records time-load curves, load-displacement curves, displacement-travel data, evaluation results and prints test reports. Different tooling fixtures can be selected and replaced according to different handbrake samples, and new fixtures can be added, with expandable functions.
2. Mechanical Structure
The machine adopts bench-type frame composed of base support and workbench. The left side includes lifting, horizontal and vertical moving mechanisms; samples are fixed between movable crossbeam and workbench. The right side is equipped with rotary mechanism connected with jacks via fittings for jack lifting and lowering, with torque sensor installed to measure torque. A computer collects, processes, stores, exports and prints all test data, curves and reports as required.
