This machine is specially designed for fatigue tests of automobile leaf springs. It adopts electro-hydraulic servo mode to complete static, dynamic and fatigue tests in accordance with RMB3383 Test Method for Automobile Leaf Spring Bench Test.

Test Result Evaluation
1. Fatigue Life Definition: The maximum cycle number the spring reaches under specified failure conditions is defined as its fatigue life.
2. Fatigue Life Verification: The test passes if no spring failure occurs after specified cycles.
3. Reliability Verification: Determine appropriate sample quantity according to target reliability. The test is passed if the number of qualified samples exceeds the minimum required quantity specified in standard; otherwise, it fails.
