Under-Rail Pad Dynamic Stiffness Tester

Working Principle

Apply cyclic vertical load at constant frequency on elastic rail pads for 3×10⁶ cycles, then measure deformation and static stiffness change rate.

Machine Requirements

Capable of applying ≥100kN load at 4Hz±1Hz with minimum amplitude 3mm, matched iron plate for test samples.

Performance Indexes

1. Max Static Test Force: ±250kN, accuracy ≤±1% within 2%~100%FS
2. Max Dynamic Test Force: ±200kN, amplitude fluctuation ≤±2%FS (comply with JB/T9397-1999)
3. Max Actuator Amplitude: ±75mm, indication error ≤±0.5%FS
