Product Application

Complying with the national standard GB 10006, the EMXZ-1 coefficient of friction tester is professionally designed to measure the static and kinetic coefficients of friction of sliding materials, including plastic films and sheets, rubber, paper, paperboards, woven bags, fabrics, metal composite strips for communication cables and optical cables, conveyor belts, wood, coatings, brake pads, windshield wipers, shoe materials, tires, etc. By testing the sliding smoothness of materials, manufacturers can control and adjust quality and process indicators during production to meet product application requirements. It can also be used to test the sliding performance of daily chemical products such as cosmetics and eye drops.

Product Features

1. Adopts microcomputer control with fully automated test processes. Equipped with a menu-based operation interface, PVC control panel and LCD screen for convenient test operation and data viewing.
2. All system accessories use components from well-known manufacturers for stable and reliable performance. Fitted with a high-precision force sensor delivering a top domestic testing accuracy of 0.001 N.
3. Fully digital system without mechanical knobs, supporting digital calibration and zero adjustment.
