I. Main Applications
It is mainly used for testing and evaluating the tribological properties of materials or surface coatings. This tester simulates rotary and linear reciprocating motion forms under a certain test force, and performs tests by controlling and changing parameters such as test force, speed, frequency, stroke, time, friction pair material, surface roughness, and hardness to evaluate the comprehensive performance of materials or surface coatings. It can dynamically detect the friction force, test force, and temperature of the friction pair, and draw real-time curves of various parameters. It is equipped with shutdown or alarm protection when main parameters exceed preset values.
