I. Product Introduction
The EKMR-G005 metalworking fluid tapping torque simulation evaluation testing machine mainly uses standard specimen taps to tap standard specimen nut blanks filled with cutting fluid at a certain rotational speed, records the torque, and evaluates the lubrication performance of the cutting fluid by the torque ratio of the reference fluid and the test fluid. This machine can also use standard specimen taps to tap specimen nut blanks of different metal materials filled with standard cutting fluid at a certain rotational speed, record the torque, and evaluate the cutting performance of different metal materials by the torque ratio of the reference metal material and the test metal material. In addition, this machine can also perform tap life tests using standard cutting fluid and standard nut blanks.
For minimum or non-cutting fluids (agents), stamping, and rolling oils (agents), this machine can also evaluate their mechanical extrusion lubrication performance through standard extrusion taps and standard extrusion nut blanks.
