Our equipment is a new generation of testing instrument with superior performance, easy installation and low failure rate. It adopts high-precision sensors for real-time detection and overload alarm.
This universal tester for plywood is applicable to plywood, particleboard, medium density fiberboard manufacturers and quality inspection labs, capable of various mechanical tests of wood panels. It fully complies with GB/T17657-2013, GB/T19536-2015, JH/T D01-2002 standards for plane tensile strength, static bending strength, modulus of elasticity, screw holding force, internal bond strength, surface bonding strength, concentrated load, shear force, glue bonding strength and shear test of wood panels. It is ideal inspection equipment for wood panel factories and national quality supervision departments.
This machine adopts double portal frame with upper and lower test spaces: upper space for tensile & peel test, lower space for compression & bending test. Equipped with various fixtures and dedicated software, it can also test plastics, rubber, fiber, insulation, metal, ceramic and resin composite materials, also named electronic universal tester, tensile tester, rubber tensile machine or plastic tensile machine. It is also called wood panel tester, plywood tester or MDF tester.
