The computer controlled universal testing machine for wood-based panels is developed for various mechanical property tests of plywood, particleboard, medium density fiberboard and other wood-based panels. It can conduct tests including internal bond strength, surface bonding strength, tensile strength, bending resistance, static bending strength, modulus of elasticity, screw holding force and shear test of wood.
It adopts EST full digital servo drive system and servo motor featuring high speed regulation accuracy and stable performance. Through the interface control and data processing software, test force, peak test force, crosshead displacement, test deformation and test curves can be displayed on screen. All test operations can be automatically completed by mouse on computer.
